Halloween Version

It's Halloween! Time to dress up and have some fun. This costume will let you dress up as a Harlequin at any time during the next two weeks. Note that the costume is mutually exclusive with most self-stealth powers, and cannot be used while shape shifted.

How to Get

Halloween Version

This power is rewarded as a Treat during the Halloween Trick or Treat event.

Hero-Con 2008 Version

This power was given to people who attended the inaugural Hero-Con on October 18, 2008, at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Santa Clara, California. Each registered attendee received a card with their power along with their attendee packet. It was later sold at Hero-Con 2009 for (US)$20.00.

Forum Contests

Starting in January, 2010, the City of Heroes community developers began running contests on the "Forum Games" section of the City of Heroes forums. Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, these contests were held by Niviene, Avatea, and theOcho. The winners of these contests were given a choice of one of six possible costume codes, including the Carnival Harlequin costume.

Paragon Market

Finally, this power was available for sale on the Paragon Market for 480 Paragon Points from October 25, 2011, to December 6, 2011.
