I don't think it is a good idea to list the beacon coordinates for Perez (or any other zone) with decimal certanty. When attempting to gather beacon locations for inclusion into vidiotmaps, I discovered that there are actually about many beacon locations per zone, in close proximity to each other - in case multiple people zone in at the same time. They are randomly chosen from a range of coordinates, according to a PM from Castle.
