Recluse's Victory PvP Recruiter
The Recluse's Victory PvP Recruiter is an NPC on Peregrine Island who informs players about Recluse's Victory.
He will call out in Local to any character who comes near him. When clicked on, he will respond with the following.
Good. Here's what I need you to do. Head over to Atlas Park. Down in the DATA room of City Hall is a portal that leads to Recluse's Victory.
We need as many heroes as we can get to keep it under control. You'll see what I mean when you get there.
Make no mistake. It's a PvP zone. You WILL be attacked.
