Overview
Tac Lt Chelman is an Elite Boss for the mercenary organization Wyvern. He is described as a Raptor Agent, the highest rank of Wyvern. Though these agents are mentioned, Chelman is the only one of them currently present in game as of today.
Villains may fight him:
- In the mission Attack heroes to prevent interference from Sparcetriel, during the first Villains Respecification Trial .
Information
Wyvern is a private agency dedicated to eliminating problems Freedom Corps hasn't or won't deal with. Wing agents act as air support for their compatriots.
