Briefing
Second Measure has the lowdown on one of his fellow assassins. Some guy named Rising Vengeance. Measure is currently at one of the Tsoo safehouses here in St. Martial where Rising Vengeance is holed up. Go meet with him and get the information on the target so we can put some protection on them.
- Go see Second Measure.
Second Measure can be difficult to work with, has his own priorities a lot of the time. Remember the primary focus of this mission is to find out who the Tsoo are targeting.

Way I see it, we can do this one of two ways. Fun way or the Boring way?

- Sigh, boring way eh? Alright. I'll radio ahead and give the Tsoo a description of you and put you on the guest list. You won't have an issue getting past them. When you get to Rising Vengeance, tell him I've offered to help out his hit. Get him to tell you who the target is.

- All right. You go in and take down all the Tsoo you see, I'll get to Rising Vengeance's personal effects and figure out who the target is. You just deal with Rising Vengeance when you come across him.
