Ice Melee
Overview
Ice Melee is a standard power set that is a secondary set for Tankers.
"Ice Melee allows the player to use Cold-based attacks, and even conjure up frozen melee weapons. Ice Melee powers are known for their ability to slow an opponent."

Freezing Touch
This Freezing Touch will encase a single foe in a block of ice. This will deal high damage over time, as well as freezing him in his tracks, leaving him cold and helpless.

Frozen Aura
Your mastery of cold enables you to dramatically lower the temperature immediately around you. When you perform a Frozen Aura, nearby foes will be frozen within a fragile casing of ice and suffer a moderate amoung of cold damage. These frozen foes will break free if attacked. Frozen Aura deals moderate damage.

Frozen Fists
Frozen Fists encrusts your hands in ice, giving them the ability to quickly inflict minor damage on villains. The foe's attack speed and movement speed is Slowed, due to the chills caused by the cold blows. This power can bruise an enemy, making them more vulnerable to damage.

Taunts a foe, and some nearby foes, to attack you. Useful for pulling villains off an ally who finds themself in over their head. Taunted foes tend to ignore other Heroes and focus on you for quite a while, so use this power cautiously. A To Hit check is required to Taunt enemy players, but is not required against critter targets.
