Usage
Places an infobox on the page with links to browse to the previous or next Patch Notes. This should only be used on Patch Notes pages (named Patch Notes/YYYY-MM-DD). On such pages, just put {{Browse Patch Notes}} at the top.
If you need to use it somewhere else, provide the date= option. For example, {{Browse Patch Notes|date=2005-06-21}} renders as:
