I'm unsure about this one.
She spawned as a Lt during my mission, yet her uniform is a Visionary one definitively, same as her resists... Almost sure she's a Boss, but still, she could be just a Lt.
If you see her as Boss please remove the question mark

Were your notoriety settings such that bosses do not spawn - e.g. "no bosses" selected, or set to one hero's worth of enemies - bosses are force-downgraded into lieutenants in certain circumstances. ~ AGGE talk/cons 00:27, 20 October 2010 (UTC)
