How to Get
The Statesman Star is obtained by completing the Terra Volta Respecification Trial for the second time and selecting the respec reward. You must be level 34 or higher to obtain this badge.
- Note: You do not need to complete the second trial (from Captain James Harlan) to obtain this badge; any trial at any level awards this badge on the character's second run.
Note
The Denied the Statesman Star badge is awarded to characters of the villain and rogue alignments. The same badge on heroes and vigilantes is called Earned the Statesman Star.
