Wings are costume options. They do not automatically appear on a character after crafting or earning them. They must be added by the player, either during character creation or at a Tailor, paying normal costume-editing influence costs. Choose Back Detail and go from there.

Wings flap by themselves during flight or jumps, and occasionally while running over uneven ground. They do not give the power of flight if you don't already have it. As with all other costume features, they are cosmetic rather than functional.
