Briefing
The Council is stepping up recruiting in the area. We just got a lead on one of their main headquarters. I need you to shut down that Council recruiting facility. We can't let them continue to grow.
Mission Acceptance
The base leader is called Archon Rayburn. Take him out, and the whole base will fall.
Unnecessary Solicitation
