Dead Servers

First, quick comment: Please keep discussions on talk pages, not in edit summaries. If you put them in the edit summaries, they tend to get cut off and they also are impossible to respond to. :) You can also mention in your edit summary "Please see talk page" if necessary.

Regarding your descriptions of "dead servers" on the Servers page, can you please expand on that a bit more? Explain what you mean by "dead server", that is. When I see that, it makes me think they shut the server down. If the article is going to give them such an unfriendly descriptor, it really needs to be explained well.
