Arachnos has put you at the top of their hit list.
Villain version
Freedom Corps has made your capture a number one priority for your completion of 50 PvP missions.
How to Get
Complete one of the buff damage or buff resistance missions in any of the PvP zones, including Bloody Bay, Siren's Call, and Warburg.
Notes
- While the text says that it is given for completing 50 PvP missions, it is actually given out for completing one buff damage or buff resistance mission in a PvP zone.
