How to Get

This enhancement can be "invented" by crafting the recipe of the same name, or it may also be obtained from the following sources:

	Inf:	This enhancement can be purchased on the Consignment House.
	Paragon Points:	This enhancement can be purchased with ??? Paragon Points.

This enhancement is unavailable from the following sources:

	Alignment Merits:	This enhancement cannot be purchased with Alignment Merits.
	Astral Merits:	This enhancement cannot be purchased with Astral Merits.
	Empyrean Merits:	This enhancement cannot be purchased with Empyrean Merits.
	Reward Merits:	This enhancement cannot be purchased with Reward Merits.
	Inf:	This enhancement cannot be purchased at a store.
	Tickets:	This enhancement cannot be purchased with Tickets.

How to Sell

Invention: This enhancement cannot be sold to stores. It can be sold for ??full crafting value?? inf during Power Respecification or on the Consignment House.

Store-Bought: This enhancement cannot be sold to stores. ??It cannot be sold during Power Respecification??. Due to its account-bound status, it cannot be sold on the Consignment House.

Effects

Proc: This enhancement has a chance of taking effect each time its power is used.

Invention: Gives a 20% chance of granting the power's target endurance equal to 10% of their maximum endurance.

Store-Bought: Gives a 1.5PPM chance of granting the power's target endurance equal to 10% of their maximum endurance.
