- Even you never thought you'd be on the lam for twenty-one months.
How to Get
Have an account active for twenty-one or more months.
Rewards
Earning the Steadfast badge rewards all characters on the account with Costume Piece: Shoulder Cape, a costume change token, and a Respec.
