Kidnapped Salamancan
Overview
The Kidnapped Salamancans are university students who have been kidnapped from the village of Salamanca in Croatoa and taken to the spirit realm by the Red Caps with nefarious purposes.
They may be found during the mission Bring the captured citizens back, at the very start of the Story Arc Crossing Over, from Buck Salinger, in City of Heroes, between levels 30 and 34.
There are four of them and each must be saved from his Red Caps captors and then escorted to the mission exit. Once free, the Red Caps will launch an ambush to recover each hostage. For some reson Red Caps will attack the hostages' guards, so don't be surprised if you find the hostages alone and waiting for you.
Kidnapped Salamancans have slightly less Hit Points than a Lieutenant of the same level as the mission owner and no attacks at all. They have a faction of Hapless Citizen.
