You negotiated the surrender of Alexander, a Warrior boss.
How to Get
Earn the Conqueror Badge accomplishment badge by completing the "Speak to Alexander" mini-arc from Ashwin Lannister or Laurie Pennington.
In Oroborous, this mission arc is known as "The redemption of Alexander 'the great'". It is in the "Champion" level range of 25-29.
Note
The Conqueror badge is awarded to characters of the villain and rogue alignments. The same badge on heroes and vigilantes is called Redeemer.
