This is a page that I am using to experiment with a method for comparing the strength of various IO's. I intend to submit it for inclusion in the greater wiki when it is in a readable and mostly complete form.

This page compares how IO's stack up to each other when 6-slotted at level 50. If you add this to the list of IO's in a set, you can determine which members of the set you can do without, and which attributes you'd have to find in another set to build it up the way you want.

  • It compares ALL sets at the strength they'd be at lvl 50, even if lvl 50's aren't available in that set. The strength ratio at lvl 50 holds true for all other lvls, for all sets, so by comparing them at lvl 50 you can determine how they'll compare at other levels.
  • It ignores set bonuses because that is a secondary consideration for most sets. It would be reasonable to later add in those set bonuses that directly add to the primary abilities, but mark how many IO's have to be slotted to get it.
  • It ignores special IO's because those can be slotted with any set, and only contributes to set bonuses.
  • This comparison does not take Enhancement Diversification into account yet. That will need to be applied later.
