Overview
Wyvern is an enemy group in City of Villains.
Wyvern is a private agency dedicated to eliminating problems Freedom Corps hasn't or won't deal with.

Minions
Talon Agent
Talon agents are young operatives who have yet to prove themselves in the field. they are given the simplest of asignments until they prove their worth, but are extensively trained in close combat knife fighting, as well as archery.
Powers
Talon Snap Shot Ranged, Minor Damage, Lethal
A quick attack that fires an arrow at your foe after only minimal aiming. Fast, but little damage. Damage: Minor, Recharge: Fast.
Kick Melee Smash
A swift kick to the head.
