Overview
Precinct Five is a small section of Praetoria that is under assault by the Destroyers. Powers Division agent Reese believes he has the problem under control though, and wants to you to undertake an undercover mission against the Resistance as your first assignment as a member of the Powers Division.
Precinct Five is the zone that includes the player tutorial for new Praetorian characters.

After completing the mission from Reese and deciding whether to join the Loyalist or Resistance factions, the player will be sent to Nova Praetoria.
