You took part in repelling Emperor Cole's incursion into Primal Earth.
How to Get
Log a character in on the Freedom server during the Praetorian Surge event on May 27, 2011 (4pm PDT to 7pm PDT) as part of the Seventh Anniversary celebration events.
Given that the quota of 2,500 accounts logged into Freedom server was exceeded by 1,500 accounts, this badge was extended to all accounts that logged in a character to any live server from the time of the original event until the Tuesday May 31, 2011, server maintenance.
