Description
The Freedom Phalanx are known for seeing the good in everyone, but in your case it took a little longer than average.
How to Get
Defeat the Freedom Phalanx within Lord Recluse's Strike Force.
Note
The Ex-Archvillain badge is awarded to characters of the hero and vigilante alignments. The same badge on villains and rogues is called Archvillain.

Prior to Issue 23, this badge had the following description:
