Description
Halloween Version
It's Halloween! Time to dress up and have some fun. This costume will let you dress up as a Harlequin at any time during the next two weeks. Note that the costume is mutually exclusive with most self-stealth powers, and cannot be used while shape shifted.

How to Get
Halloween Version
This power is rewarded as a Treat during the Halloween Trick or Treat event.
Hero Con 2008 Version
This power was given to people who attended the inaugural event of Hero Con on October 18th, 2008 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Santa Clara, California. Each registered attendee received a card with their power along with their attendee packet. It was later sold at Hero Con 2009 for (US)$20.00.
