The Police Radio is a contact in Paragon City used by the Paragon Police Department. It serves as a source of short missions that you must complete before accessing Safeguard Missions. Many of these missions require defeating a named Villain Boss. Below is an ongoing list of their names. This is the City of Heroes equivalent of Rogue Isles Protector (Newspaper) Missions used by Villains.
