Definition
- For Villains, the equivalent of Security Level for Heroes -- a measure of how many times the Villain has leveled up at a Trainer NPC to gain new powers and Enhancement slots.
- Sometimes spelled ThreatLevel. For any character, a stat that affects how strongly the character's actions affect enemy aggro. A higher Threat Level makes enemies more likely to treat a character as the most dangerous target and attack him first.
