Overview
New Villain zone added in Issue 9. A copy of the Northern reaches of the hero's Peregrine Island zone, reached via a submarine in Grandville. Allows villains to farm Essence of the Earth inspirations for Hamidon Raids, and to defeat Rikti Monkeys for the Zookeeper Badge.
