- NOTE: The game currently misspells the set as "Debiliative Action" (missing a 't'). However, individual enhancements are correctly spelled.
There are six enhancements in this set:
- Debilitative Action: Accuracy/Recharge,
- Debilitative Action: Recharge/Immobilize,
- Debilitative Action: Accuracy/Endurance,
- Debilitative Action: Immobilize/Range,
- Debilitative Action: Accuracy/Immobilize/Recharge, and
- Debilitative Action: Disorient Bonus.
- Adds a 2% chance to Disorient your foe.
Only one of each of these types of enhancements may be slotted per power.
The following set bonuses apply when slotting more than one of these enhancements into a single power:
- Two enhancements improves the duration of your Immobilize effects by 4%.
- Three enhancements increases Cold resistance by 2.5%.
- Four enhancements grants 2% debt protection.
- Five enhancements increases Area Effect defense by 2.5%.
- Six enhancements increases Toxic resistance by 2.5%.
Note that only one of each type of enhancement may be slotted in a power.
