Overview
The Super Group Registrar are the NPCs that will help heroes and villains create Supergroups. Through them, you can register a new Supergroup, see a list of all Supergroups, and pay Rent on your Base.
Heroes
There are two Super Group Registrars for heroes. One can be found in Atlas Park in City Hall. He is the main room at coordinates (145.5, -768, -691.5). The second can be found in Galaxy City inside the Freedom Corp headquarters. His coordinates are (519, -139, -750).
Villains
The Super Group Registrar for villains is located in Port Oakes. He is located inside the tallest building in the Marconeville neighborhood at coordinates (-889, 112, -886). The entrance is above street level near a long reflecting pool.
