This recipe cannot be bought from stores. It must be obtained by defeating enemies, from another player at the Auction House, or by trading. It is a rare drop.
This recipe may be sold to a store for 5,000 inf. However, other players may be willing to pay more for it through the Auction House.
This recipe is considered level 1 for crafting purposes. The requirements for crafting this enhancement are:

Summon: Special Pet
You can use this radio to call for reinforcements.
Hero and Vigilante characters will summon a PPD Hardsuit.
Villain and Rogue characters will summon a Crabspider Longfang pet.
As per the 08-16-2010 (Issue 18 Launch) patch notes.
Resistance Members will summon a Resistance Veteran.
Loyalists will summon a Praetorian PD Sergeant.
These pets last for 5 minutes. Recharge: Very Long
5 charges, 10 minute recharge
Hero pets are melee fighters, villain pets are ranged, both are summoned as Pet class at your level.
Arachnos Reinforcement
Crab Spiders function much like SWAT teams in other cities, and are dispatched to deal with high-level threats like super-types. They're equipped with full body armor, larger weapons, and a set of mechanical spider arms that turn them into death-dealing machines.

The Suppressive Fire from the Crab Spider is all around you.
PPD Reinforcement
To keep up with the inhuman abilities of some villains, the PPD has engineered a powered armor unit. Trained PPD officers don servo-assisted combat armor which not only protects them, but increases their strength and reflexes. Heavy machineguns and energy weapons add impressive firepower to the mix. These awesome but costly suits are reserved for major conflicts against Paragon City's most fearsome foes.
