Ms. Liberty's Incarnate Status
The Lord Recluse Strike Force involves acquiring the Orestes Rifle to nullify enchantments granted by the Well of Furies to utilize against Ms. Liberty. I also point you to our own Incarnate page, wherein you will notice that both Ms. Liberty and her mother are identified as possessing items which grant them Incarnate powers, as well as genetically inheriting some of their talents from Statesman, who is a full Incarnate himself. Hero 1's powers came from accepting Excalibur, which the Girdle of Hera also signifies. Fragment of Nothing 04:26, 18 February 2011 (UTC)
First of all, using the wiki as proof of something without some official source to back it up is sketchy at best.
