I think the wording needs changing for "Improved Slow" set bonuses. It says it increases the duration of the effect (since it uses the wording for mez boosts) but I think it actually increases the amount enemies are slowed by (i.e. the same effect as slow enhancements). I'll try and remember to confirm this later but if so it should be moved into the "All Power" category.
