I had a problem where I was doing Interrogator Kang's story arc about Cutter Cain before I got Dr. Steffard as a contact. I started Steffards are then went back and completed an older Interrogator Kang mission (the one where you search for the Limbo Device in the dumpsters) and as soon as it completed, Dr. Steffard disappeared from my Active Contact list without even appearing in my Inactive Contact list. I had a problem where I was doing Interrogator Kang's story arc about Cutter Cain before I got Dr. Steffard as a contact. I started Steffards are then went back and completed an older Interrogator Kang mission (the one where you search for the Limbo Device in the dumpsters) and as soon as it completed, Dr. Steffard disappeared from my Active Contact list without even appearing in my Inactive Contact list.
