Oh! Yes, of course I was expecting you! Mr. G has told me ALL about you and the work you're doing, all about it! He's pretty confident that Mr. Sinclair will be blown away by all the work that you've done. Unfortunately, Mr. Sinclair is a very busy man; it will be some time until he receives these papers. His name's Eddie Polstra.
He was supposed to be our newest and best defense against those Resistance scum. But now he's just vanished - here one day, gone the next! Praetor Sinclair is trying to get an investigation going, but he's busy trying to run several other operations.
