How to Get
Halloween Version
This power is rewarded as a Treat during the Halloween Trick or Treat event.
Comic-Con 2008 Version
This power was given to people who attended the Comic Con: International in 2008 and received one of one thousand passes to the Pocket D Jubilee which took place at Aubergine on July 26, 2008.
Forum Contests
Starting January of 2010, the City of Heroes community developers began to run contests on the "Forum Games" section of the City of Heroes forums. Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, these contests are held by Niviene, Avatea and theOcho. The winners of these contests are given a choice of one of six possible costume codes, including the Freakshow Boss costume.
