Overview
Emil Marcone is an Elite Boss for the Family.
When the former governor of Port Oakes Don Manuel Marcone was arrested by Interpol, leaving a power vacuum, it sparked a gang war between his son, Emil and his former consigliere, Guido “the Mooch” Verandi.(1)
Emil Marcone is the impetuous son of Manuel Marcone. He is a viciously brutal man who believes he has a blood right to his father’s position. Renowned for taking pleasure in acts of violence, Emil lacks the experience and intelligence to manage the complex affairs of the Family.
Emil claims the governorship is his by right of blood. Guido Verandi has a more “enlightened” view and says there’s no such thing as bloodlines in Arachnos’ “republic.” (1)

Information
Emil Marcone is the son of Manuel Marcone, the former governor of Port Oakes. When Manuel was arrested by Interpol, Guido 'The Mooch' Verandi stepped up to take control, much to the chagrin of Emil. Emil is now doing whatever he can to seize control from Guido.
