I agree with him that it's easier to use than the format you've introduced. Rather than reverting it back to your own preferences, please open a thread on the forums to discuss it and seek consensus. When different editors have different opinions on style and presentation, or when an editor is seeking to change the convention for how things are formatted, discussing the matter and seeking a consensus is the appropriate thing to do. ParagonWiki tries to operate on consensus as much as possible.
