Usage
This template should be called like this:
{{Patch Watchlist
|note=
|date={{subst:Today}}
}}
The note= parameter should be filled in to explain why the article is being added to the Patch Watchlist. This template will add the article to Category:Patch Watchlist.
This template should be placed at the bottom of the article unless the information is of a high priority. It can also be placed on the article's talk page instead.
Please use this template instead of just tagging things with [[Category:Patch Watchlist]] so that we can better track why things are in the category and when they were added.
