Description
Your work subjugating the masses of the Rogue Isles and promoting pro-Arachnos propoganda has earned you the Web Weaver Accolade. While logged out in an Arachnos controlled area or in the Arachnos Building in Marconeville you will earn additional charges for your Web Grenade power.

Web Grenade Ranged, Target Immobilize, -Recharge, -Fly Your work with Arachnos has earned you access to web grenades. When these grenades come in contact with their target they will immobilize them as well reducing their movement and attack speed as well as preventing them from flying. Additional grenades can be earned by logging out in an Arachnos Base or the Arachnos Building in Port Oakes. Recharge: Fast. |
For every X hours, Character gains Y charges.
