Overview
Evil-Frog, the greatest of the legendary Forum Necromancers. The original persona was that of the healer known as Pathenogen, his time in Paragon eventually made him cynical, and less inclined to actually heal anyone. To cope with this growing frustration, he changed his name to Mister Frog, and developed devices that allowed him to take a more active role in fighting crime - from his icy gauntlets to his RPG, he became a force to be reckoned with. But still, a darker aspect of his nature called, and eventually led him home to the Rogue Isles, where Evil Frog practices his dark arts.
Unfortunately, In learning his necromantic arts, Evil Frog's personality split, and while the core of his being is thought to reside in the Rogue Isles in the persona of Evil Frog, other aspects (such as Mister Frog and DJ Frog) can be found in Paragon City, and even in alternate dimensions.
Favorite weapons include anything dead. The lifeless corpses of threads of yesterday are his favorites, especially on the Justice Forums. Aside from the dead, he seems to have a strange affinity for cats, often making appearances in Kitty Court and the Litterbox. Initially, he hoped to conquer them, but has since decided to peacefully coexist.
Evil Frog is often categorized in the Rogue Isles as a Necromancy, Dark Mastermind. Oddly, he laughed at the traditional choices made by others of his profession, and rather than teleporting from place to place, he chooses to take the scenic route with a magically enhanced leaping ability.

Forum Necromancer Archtype
Propegate Nonsense
Through the use of this power, the Forum Necromancer creates a new thread within the forums - a thread with no purpose or meaning. Anyone opening this thread will be utterly confused, and uncertain as to why they opened the link to begin with (especially if they are familiar with the Forum Necromancer using this power).

Pad Post Count
Through multiple applications of this stacking power, the Forum Necromancer builds his/her defense against arguements by augmenting their post count, allowing them to make statements such as "Post more noob!" While very effective against lower level forum goers, its defense is minor against higher threat adversaries (such as Forum Cartel).

The Forum Necromancer can call forth the Sword of Righteous Indignation (TM) to wave at those that offend him/her. It is large, and looks impressive, but does very little in terms of significant damage. This power is generally used in response to the ire generated by use of Revive Thread.

Once an attempt is made, others around the target forum user will be alerted to the Forum Necromancer's presence, and this power may not work on higher level forum goers (such as Forum Cartel).

Summon Frog
Due to a weird forum anomaly caused by Queen Frigid, there now exists a temporary power allowing one to summon the Frog three times. Upon summoning, the Frog will instantly begin robbing any discussion of reason and common sense, generally inflicting confusion and brain damage upon the summoner's target. -Alternate Personalities-
Mister Frog (ice/dev/mun blaster) - What was Evil Frog's better nature returned to Paragon City after the magical split. He is still a hero of some renown there, although he has none of the core personalities magical abilities. He is, once again, forced to rely on technological devices to be the hero he is.
DJ Frog (fire/rad controller) - The more fun-loving, outgoing aspects of Evil Frog's personality split to become DJ Frog, who joined up with PoJRadio to be a voice of heroism on the air. No one is entirely sure how he got his powers, and he doesn't seem to care, no answers have been less than forthcoming.
