Slash Command
- /petsay_pow power_name message
Sends message to all pets summoned by the power whose name matches power_name. power_name can be truncated. message can also include emotes, which follows the same syntax as chat bubbles.

- emote can be any emote the player can execute. However, not all critters have animations for all emotes.
