As leader of the Praetoria Police department's Powers Division, he helps train all the new hopefuls. In doing so, he has the greenhorns fight amongst themselves to establish rank. It is strongly encouraged to challenge others, especially your superiors. Because of this the streets are full of green Powers Division recruits trying to get a leg up. Known as Marauder during the darkest days of the Hamidon Wars, White is well known throughout the city and respected as much as he is feared.
