Parameters
- First is the text or information displayed in the center/middle.
- Second is the image or information displayed on the left.
- Second is the image or information displayed on the right.
- The rest are optional, float, border, width, color, background, align2, background2, css2 and css1
Notes
- Left and Right areas are 45px wide.
- Traditionally, an image is displayed in these areas
- Center section is for text and links
