How to Get
Defeat the Freedom Phalanx within Lord Recluse's Strike Force.
Note
The Archvillain badge is awarded to characters of the villain and rogue alignments. The same badge on heroes and vigilantes is called Ex-Archvillain.
Historical
Prior to Issue 23, this badge was earned by defeating Statesman in Lord Recluse's Strike Force.
