Briefing

The Council has been getting a lot of recruits from Independence Port recently. It seems their devious power grabs really appeal to some of today's youths. I need a hero who can get to Independence Port and stop the Council recruiting. We can't let the Council get any larger than they are!

Crey Cove and Indutry Pier are crawling with Council soldiers. You might try starting in those neighborhoods.

  • Combat Council in Independence Port
    • Defeat 20 Council

Debriefing

I think you made an impression on the Council. Furthermore, you made an impresssion on the civilians! Nobody will want to join the Council after the sound thrashing you just handed out!
