Curtail Speed is a Slow Movement Enhacements Set in the Invention System. It is available in the 10-30 level range.
Set Enhancements
- Curtail Speed: Accuracy/Slow
- Curtail Speed: Damage/Slow
- Curtail Speed: Accuracy/Endurance
- Curtail Speed: Range/Slow
- Curtail Speed: Endurance/Recharge/Slow
Set Bonuses
- (2) Reduces the duration of immobilize effects on you by 1.1%
- (3) Improves all of your Slow powers by 2%
- (4) Increases Lethal defense by 1.25%
- (5) Improves the Recharge Time of all of your powers by 2.5%
