Celerity is a Running Enhacements Set in the Invention System. It is available in the 15-52 level range.
Set Enhancements
- Celerity: Endurance
- Celerity: Run
- Celerity: Stealth
- No more than 1 enhancement of this type may be slotted by a character. May not be slotted if you have any other enhancements which grant stealth. Grants Stealth for 120 seconds when used in an instant effect power.
Set Bonuses
- (2) Reduces the duration of immobilize effects on you by 2.2%
- (3) Increases maximum health by 1.5%
