This is an enhancement in the Triumphant Insult set.
Effects
Adds a 10% chance to disorient your foe.
This proc appears to be broken
After having run through a mission (and killing everything) with this enhancement slotted in two of my Brute's attacks, and then after further testing with a half hour's worth of street sweeping, the disorient proc never once went off.
Recipe
This recipe cannot be bought from stores. It must be obtained by defeating enemies, from another player at the Auction House, or by trading. It is a rare drop.
This recipe may be sold to a store for 200 inf per level. However, other players may be willing to pay more for it through the Auction House.
