Jose Escalante is a man with a mission. It's his goal to make sure Paragon City remains a place where business gets done. A self-described 'rabid capitalist,' Jose uses his many connections to put together mergers and assist businesses large and small. He's learned the hard way that the biggest roadblock to profits in Paragon City isn't regulation or zoning ordinances; it's the darned super villains.
