The Homecoming server changed this from level 32 to level 26 back in October, 2022, but that was not present at City of Heroes sunset. Henchmen update
A quick note about that update from level 32 to level 26 for Mastermind Henchmen: That is only applicable to the Homecoming servers and does not reflect the state of City of Heroes as of Issue 24, which is what Paragon Wiki represents. The change did get made at the Homecoming Wiki: https://homecoming.wiki/wiki/Mastermind — talk / contribs 14:38, 26 April 2025 (UTC)
