Three PPD Cops can be found as allies on the prevent breakout side mission in Safeguard Missions on Atlas Park. Once free of the Vahzilok attacking them, they will join you.
These cops have the same attacks as the regular cops found in other zones of Paragon or during Mayhem Missions. They will attack all hostiles in their aggro radius. They can be healed by players and probably buffed as well.
